Grabdeck (the "Software") is a desktop downloader that saves publicly accessible YouTube videos as video files, and their subtitles as transcript text, to the user's own computer. The Software supplies only the technical means to carry out a download the user is entitled to carry out. It hosts no content, and it provides no catalogue, index, or search of infringing material.
Grabdeck acts solely as a technical service provider and grants no rights in any content. You are solely responsible for holding the lawful rights to any content you access or download through the Software, and for any legal disputes arising from such use.
The Software may be used only in accordance with applicable law and the terms of service and copyright laws of each platform. We do not encourage, condone, or induce, and we explicitly prohibit, any use that violates copyright law. The download features may be used only for content you own, that is in the public domain, or for which you have permission from the rights holder or platform. Confirming that you hold that right is your responsibility, and you must confirm it before each download.

You agree not to disable, circumvent, or interfere with any security feature or technical protection measure (DRM) that prevents or restricts the use or copying of content. Grabdeck does not support, promote, or enable any functionality that circumvents copyright protections.
The subscription is billed automatically on a monthly basis and can be canceled anytime. A license key is bound to one device and may not be shared with others or resold. Reverse engineering or decompiling the Software is prohibited except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The service is provided "as is". Some features may be temporarily limited due to external factors such as changes in YouTube's policies. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid.
Payment, billing, and refunds are handled through our sales partner (Merchant of Record). Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy; copyright infringement notices follow the Copyright Policy.
