• Email address — used to deliver your license key, confirm your subscription, and respond to inquiries.
• License key — the server stores only a hash, never the plaintext key.
• Device identifier — an anonymous install ID generated by the app, used only to enforce the "1 device" limit (not personally identifying).
• Payment information — card numbers and other payment details are processed by our sales partner; we do not store them.

What we do not track

Grabdeck does not track what you download, or when. Your download history stays only on your device and is not sent to our servers.

Purpose of use

Issuing licenses, verifying subscription status, and responding to customer inquiries. We do not use your information for any other purpose or sell it to third parties.

Retention & deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to maintain your subscription. To request deletion, contact us below.

Payment processor

Payments are processed through our sales partner (Merchant of Record). Payment-related information such as name, contact, and billing details is collected, stored, and processed by the sales partner under its own privacy policy.
